โSeptember 30, 2026 (23:59 UTC): End of the September cycle & settlement.
โNovember 30, 2026: Closing of the Founding Builder qualification window.

โSubmit for App Review: Submit via the Developer Console. Initial reviews are targeted within 3โ5 business days.
