Online Assessments (OAs) and Tech Interviews: Co-op Bootcamp Session

​A common first step in the hiring process for tech jobs is an online assessment (OA), with a variety of methods used throughout industry.

​​In this session, you'll hear from a senior software engineer and a current co-op student about their experience navigating and conducting online assessments and technical interviews, such as:

• ​​What are common assessment methods used in industry?

• ​​How important are practice tools like LeetCode and Kaggle Competitions for succeeding in technical interviews and online assessments?

• ​​What common languages and tools are used for assessments?

• ​​How should students prepare for online assessments and technical interviews?
