The Root to Rise Retreat Series
The Roots to Rise Retreat Series is a bridge between mindfulness, movement, and embodiment and offers a soft space where hard working women and non-binary individuals can root down, rise up, and reimagine success from softness.
This community is the space to slow down, release tension, and challenge the expectations that teach us to abandon and shrink ourselves (societal, cultural, family expectations), because that self-betrayal is often the root of our mental and emotional suffering. Each gathering is a chance to feel seen, rejuvenated, and connected to self within community.
About Event
The series includes monthly virtual gatherings on zoom to move our bodies, elevate our minds, and inspiring our spirits with. Together, we explore 3 journal reflection/ discussion questions, 5 main restorative yoga poses, a mini guided closing meditation, and an invitation to practice embodying the work throughout the week. In addition to the monthly virtual gatherings, the series offers an in person mini retreat in collaboration with a local spa to celebrate the start of each new season.
