Your Hosts
Mirela Xhota is the Founder and Head of Growth of Konnectile, a global B2B event marketing and executive networking agency. Konnectile exists to redefine how businesses scale, combining world-class technology infrastructure with the communities where the people running high-growth businesses come together, challenge each other, and grow.
Konnectile was built on a single conviction: that in a world of limitless automation, the scarcest and most valuable business resource is a conversation worth having.
Your Hosts:
Mirela brings 18 years of experience at the intersection of media, technology, and commercial strategy, with senior roles at the Financial Times, Thomson Reuters, Freshworks, First Advantage, Decidr, and inTruth. Her career has been defined by one consistent capability: turning complex ideas into market-leading commercial outcomes, from architecting revenue growth strategies across international markets to building high-performing teams and securing multimillion-dollar partnerships for technology companies navigating rapid change.
Beyond Konnectile, she serves as Investor Relations Manager at Planet Protector Group, backing sustainable packaging innovation, and is an active mentor and angel investor to early-stage founders. She also advises Guidepoint, Dialectica, and AlphaSights on technology trends and commercial strategy.
Garima Singh is the Co-Founder of AI2Easy and host of the AI in Focus podcast. With over 20 years of technology and business experience, she helps organisations adopt AI in practical, people-focused ways. A passionate advocate for women in technology and business, Garima is committed to making AI accessible, understandable, and valuable for everyone.
Renate Crollini is Program Lead of the Female Founder Startup Program at Tech Ready Women. Her career spans engineering, major infrastructure projects, sustainability consulting, corporate, not-for-profit and startup roles across several countries. A founder herself, she co-founded a company helping smaller suppliers act on the climate and ESG commitments of the organisations they serve. Renate helps women founders turn complex challenges into clear decisions and next steps.
Why Attend?
Because your next client, mentor, collaborator, investor, or career opportunity often starts with a conversation. Come for the coffee. Stay for the connections. Leave with ideas and relationships that help you move forward.
