Coffee Cupping with Studio Freight + Sightglass

​Let’s take a deep breath.

​Config is almost here, and with it a multitude of breathless takes about AI, taste, and what it means to have a creative opinion in an age where new tools claim to be good at forming one for you. It will be a rich few days. It will also be, you know, a lot.

​So, before any of that, we’re gathering for a blind tasting guided by the Sightglass Coffee team at their flagship cafe. We’ll explore 8-10 coffees across single origins, blends, varietals, and processing methods. No labels and no algorithms, we’ll each just follow our own tastes as part of a quiet, calm start to a big week.
