​After a strong first year, we’re excited to continue building Open Court into a community for the ecosystem’s most exciting founders and operators, where genuine connection, exchange, and collaboration thrive. Call us old fashioned, but in an increasingly automated and abstracted world, we believe there is invaluable magic in in-person, human-to-human connection.

​This month, alongside Puzzle Ventures, we’re bringing together live demos and curated conversations exploring LLM-powered discovery and long-running agents with memory. Speakers include:

​Why Open Court?

​The name is a direct reference to our heritage. Over 20 years ago, our co-founder Saul sparked something extraordinary. What began as a modest, monthly meet-up in a London Starbucks - The Open Coffee Club - quickly became the beating heart of the city’s tech scene before spreading to 200+ cities worldwide (LocalGlobe!).

​Inspired by the spirit of the open-source movement, founders, builders, and curious dreamers gathered to exchange ideas, find inspiration, and build the partnerships that would shape the future. Many groundbreaking companies and products that emerged from those connections are still thriving today.

Open Court is a return to those roots - open, generous, builder-led - while reflecting the scale, ambition, and maturity of today’s ecosystem.
