Meditation on Twin Hearts
Let us come together in a meditation on loving-kindness, peace, and goodwill.
Meditation on Twin Hearts is a simple yet profound practice in which we send out love and blessings to the world. As we bless others, something beautiful happens - our own energy becomes clearer and we feel more peaceful and centered.
Developed by Master Choa Kok Sui, founder of Pranic Healing®, it is a beautiful form of service - no religious beliefs required, no special background needed. Just your willingness to sit and offer blessings to the world.
Before Joining
Please move your body a little before joining.
Here are a few exercises you could do (10-12 counts each)
Circle eyes clockwise and counter-clockwise
Turn head left/right, up/down
Twist upper body left and right
Circle hips clockwise and counter-clockwise
Circle arms in a circle clockwise and counter-clockwise
Flex elbows and fingers by closing and stretching open outwards
Circle wrists and feet clockwise and counter-clockwise. You may do this one at a time or together while sitting down
Point feet up/down
Do a few gentle squats
Doing simple physical exercises beforehand helps clear out used-up energy from your body. This helps you have a better meditation experience.
Who Should Not Practice
Please skip this meditation if you:
Are under 16 years old
Have heart trouble, hypertension or glaucoma.
