Bridging the gaps between peers, providers, and community partners - so we all know who to connect those we serve to, and no one falls through.
Too often the people we serve fall through the gaps between our organizations. This is a day to close them - getting to know who does what across Greater Houston, where the real gaps are, and exactly who to call when someone needs something we don't provide. You'll leave with practical, usable information for anyone who supports people living with substance use and mental health disorders. Clinicians, service providers, and case managers are especially encouraged to attend, because warm handoffs only happen between people who already know each other by name. You'll leave with new relationships and a clearer map of where to send those you serve.
