Featuring a special fireside chat with our Guest of Honour, distinguished alumna, actress, and singer-songwriter Ms. Ashley Lin (林愷鈴), this inspiring afternoon is designed to help young minds break traditional models, embrace change, and find their true voice.

Guest of Honour Biography
Ashley Lin is a rising Hong Kong actress, singer-songwriter, and proud double alumna of the University of Hong Kong. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the Faculty of Architecture in 2022 and completed her Master of Arts in the field of English Studies from the Faculty of Arts in 2025.
A versatile creative talent since the age of 16, Ashley has starred in acclaimed films such as ‘Septet’, ‘Find Your Voice’, and ‘The Dumpling Queen’ as well as major ViuTV drama series including ‘Rope a Dope’, ‘SPARKS’, ‘What If’, and ‘COURT!’.
Beyond acting, she is also an accomplished lyricist and performer, having showcased her original work at the West Kowloon Jazz Festival and collaborated with leading local musicians.
Ashley exemplifies the spirit of HKU alumni - intellectually accomplished, artistically vibrant, and committed to excellence across disciplines.
