​The Pink Slip Party: A monthly online gathering for people in the middle of what comes next.

​Getting laid off is a lot of things.

​It's disorienting and it's embarrassing, even when it shouldn't be. It's also, sometimes, the thing that finally gives you permission to build something better.

​The Pink Slip Party is a free monthly gathering for people who just got the news, who've been sitting with it for a while, or who are ready to stop sitting and start moving.

​And that deserves a celebration! 🍾

​The party runs 60 minutes and includes:

• ​A short story that reframes the pink slip

• ​A space to share your moment as much or as little as you want

• ​The bonfire ritual (you'll leave something behind, on purpose)

• ​One concept to carry into your search

• ​A live Q&A with Kelly to ask any job search related questions, ask for live resume feedback, anything!

​Kelly Roehm is the founder of gumption., a career strategy and coaching practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has spent 20 years in HR and talent and left all of it to build something she actually believed in.

​She works with people on positioning, language, and what comes next. She will not tell you to "manifest your dream job" but she will help you figure out what you actually want and how to go get it.
