​Last one of the year, and Allison Hicks, your favorite TPPG Community Manager, is closing it out the way she opened it. One more virtual roundtable, this time on what 2026 actually taught us.

​2026 asked a lot of People teams. New tools, shifting expectations, tighter budgets, and a whole lot of doing more with less. Some of what we tried worked. Some of it very much did not. Both are worth talking about before the calendar flips and everyone pretends it's a clean slate.

​So let's be honest: What actually worked for you in 2026? What did you spend a quarter on that went nowhere? What are you carrying into 2027 and what are you finally putting down? And what's the one thing you'd tell yourself in January if you could?
