On September 16th, we're celebrating International Generalist Day, a global celebration of the curious, the multi-passionate, the nonlinear, the slashers, the polymaths, the portfolio-career people, the serial experimenters, and everyone who's ever felt a little too interested in too many things.
Join us for a slow evening in Panampilly Nagar, starting outdoors and gradually finding our way indoors over a cup of something (buy-your-own-drinks/food setting) with a handful of curious people, over good, great conversations and ideas, and the possibility of meeting someone who gets your wonderfully squiggly brain.
​What to expect?
- Meet at Panampilly Nagar at 5 pm.
- Greet and talk; get to know your mates.
- Slowly move indoors as the time passes by.
- Bring one thing you're curious about.
A book. An idea. A hobby. A question. Something you're making. Something you're learning. Anything.

​About the host:
Anjali Krishnakumar is a writer, designer, and storyteller based in India who tends to follow curiosity wherever it leads, through art, travel, creative projects, community building, and the surprising detours.
​She hosted Kochi's first International Generalist Day meetup in 2025, somewhat impulsively, somewhat nervously, and very much at the last minute. A year later, she's still convinced there are far more people like her around than we realise.
​Maybe this is your sign to stop trying to shrink yourself into one box, too. 🌀
