When success isn't enough: finding your way back to yourself
We all carry an existing “scorecard”, a worldview that defines what we think matters and what success looks like.
Take the same external event, like being laid off.
For one person, it’s frustrating and scary, but their primary emotion is relief and a sense of possibility about what else is out there.
For someone else, fear is strongest, and that immediately narrows their perception of what’s possible.
The event is the same.
What’s different is the state they’re in and the lens they're looking through.
That lens is their worldview, shaped by their history, their nervous system and the stories they've been carrying, often without realising it. It determines what they notice, the meaning they give things and how they respond to life and its inevitable challenges.
When our scorecard is suddenly put into question, we're forced to face it and reconsider what we've built our lives around.
If you're in that moment now, where what used to work no longer does, where something needs to change but you can't quite name it yet, this workshop is an invitation to pause in that in-between.
Because here's what neuroscience shows us: we aren't fixed to one worldview.
Awareness of the lens you're looking through, and the state you're in when you look, is what makes it possible to choose differently.
In this workshop we'll explore the three worldviews we have access to, why we get stuck in some of them and how to move from feeling like a passive passenger in your life to an active author of it, with less stress and more fulfilment.
What this is
A 3‑hour in‑person experience for people who are ready to stop outsourcing their sense of self to external results and start building from the inside out.
Through honest conversation, guided practices and simple exercises you'll get into:
Why doing all the right things still leaves you feeling empty
Where you're subtly resisting your own growth without realising it
How to build the capacity to move through uncertainty instead of around it
How to lead and live from a more trusting, connected place, not just know it's possible, but actually feel it
You'll leave feeling seen, provoked in the right way and with the relief that there is another way and it starts from within.
This space is for you if:
You're questioning whether your current path still fits. You're successful on paper but know something's off. You've done enough searching out there and are ready to look inward.
