THE WINES
Collectible wines seldom found on a retail shelf. A sommelier guides the tasting, tracing the character, provenance and history of every bottle — the story in the glass as much as the wine itself.

6:00 PM — Arrival, champagne, introductions
7:00 PM — Seated dinner, courses paired bottle by bottle
9:00 PM — Rare pours and the charitable lot
11:00 PM — Digestifs and last conversations

Fifteen guests. One table. Private dining in an outstanding restaurant, with the intimacy and attention that a table of fifteen makes possible. Conversations unfold naturally, and acquaintances have room to become friendships.

GIVING
Our dinners also make room for giving. The charitable auction of the evening supports research into childhood autism and initiatives that help autistic children and their parents.

JOINING
By member referral or council approval. A recommendation from an existing member is sufficient for introduction. Guests without one are welcomed through a private conversation and approval by the club council. Every request is reviewed personally — you will hear from us within 48 hours.
