What we gonna do this wednesday
Meet at 6:15am at the beach with some amazing souls
Warm up and start! 💪🤩
Skipping rope | Sprints & strength exercises
Core workout
Then joining awesome @showup.barcelona with @willpower.club & @karismaliving
Water plunge on the beach
