About Event

Building a Body That Lasts Decades, Not Just Cycles

Most people train for how they want to look this year. Very few also train for how they want to move, think, and perform at 50, 60, and beyond.

Join Catalyst Precision Health for a curated evening in a private SoHo loft with trainers, founders, operators, and people who think deeply about long term performance. A brief, focused conversation followed by open networking.

The panel

-Dr. Wes Spiro - Medical Director, Catalyst Precision Health

-Colin Masterson - Founder of Boundless and coach to NYC’s top performing athletes and founders

Together, they will unpack how muscle quality, aerobic capacity, sleep, hormones, and inflammation quietly shape long term performance and resilience.

We will cover

• Why muscle is a longevity organ, not just aesthetic

• The difference between training hard and adapting well

• How to pair lab work with your training program to optimize what actually matters

Format

 • Drinks and light food at 6:30pm (beer and wine)

 • 30 min panel discussion at 7:15pm

 • Open Q&A

 • Networking

Space is limited. RSVP required. Please request a spot only if you plan to attend.
