I offer The Emotion Process, a six-week emotional wellness program designed for wellness centers, therapy practices, and organizations that want to provide meaningful emotional support to women navigating midlife transitions.
The program supports women experiencing significant life changes such as grief, the end of a relationship, empty nesting, career changes, or health challenges that require them to adapt to a new way of living.
The Emotion Process combines somatic movement, breathing practices, meditation, and guided self-inquiry to help participants better understand their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and develop greater emotional balance, clarity, and self-trust.
