​There are moments on our journey when we feel the invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with something deeper within ourselves.
​Soul Remembrance is a three-hour immersive journey created to offer you a safe, sacred, and heart-centered space to do exactly that.
​Together, we will move out of the noise of the mind and into deeper presence—creating space to listen, feel, release, receive, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
​Through shamanic cleansing, grounding, intention, somatic movement, sacred cacao, meditation, Heka Living Light Activation, and sound, we will gently move through layers of the inner world while being held in the energy of community.
​Sacred cacao will support us in softening into the heart, deepening presence, and opening the space for connection and inner listening.
​From there, we will journey into Heka Living Light Activation—a deeply immersive energetic experience rooted in surrender and receptivity. Rather than trying to force or mentally direct the experience, you are invited to soften, receive, and allow the living intelligence of the energy to meet you exactly where you are. Your experience may unfold through deep stillness, emotion, physical sensations or movement, inner imagery, release, clarity, expansion, or simply profound rest.
​We will then move into a Sound Bath Journey, allowing vibration and sound to carry you even deeper into relaxation, integration, and presence.
​This is not about becoming someone new.
​It is an invitation to quiet the outside world long enough to hear what has always been within you—to reconnect with your heart, your inner wisdom, and the deeper truth of who you are.
