Meet here
We meet at the main Thetis Lake parking lot at the end of Six Mile Rd in View Royal. There are overflow lots nearby. The drive from downtown takes about 15 minutes.
We go past the usual lakeside loop and up into the Seymour Hill and Stewart Mountain highlands for more elevation and views over the lakes. Side trails are not all signed, so download the CRD map before you come.
Bring
Wear decent shoes. Bring water, layers for the weather, and any snacks you want. Trails around Victoria can get muddy and slippery from October through December.
We post weather, route, and access changes before each hike in the Tenfold community Discord. If you register and cannot make it, please update your RSVP so nobody waits for you in the parking lot.
Touch Grass is Tenfold's Sunday hike series. Anyone is welcome.
This is a community-organized hike. There is no guide and no outdoor program. Know your limits and look after yourself and each other.
