About Event

Join Euronext and Black Silo in Copenhagen for an interactive breakfast ahead of the Baltic Grain Exchange.

The session will bring together Black Silo’s outlook for the 2026/27 grain market with Euronext’s perspective on MATIF futures and options.

Caroline Bitton

Head of Commercial Development – Commodities, Euronext

Caroline will discuss recent developments in Euronext MATIF futures and options and explain the Euronext wheat delivery process.

Dr Rory Deverell

Founder & CEO, Black Silo Commodity Consulting

Rory has more than 15 years of experience across agricultural commodity markets. He spent 12 years at StoneX as a futures and options broker and risk-management consultant, followed by two years in physical trading with R&H Hall.

For the past three years, he has written the Fryers Reports while building Black Silo. His PhD research examined biofuels, farm economics and land use, while his practical agricultural experience includes growing crops and developing risk-management plans on his family farm.

Rory will present Black Silo’s outlook for the 2026/27 grain market and discuss the price risks facing physical-market participants.
