Sovereign infrastructure for AI, credit and communications
To mark the closing night of MERGE Madrid 2026, Tether and Debita invite you to an exclusive evening at the Palacio de Linares on Thursday 29 October, presenting new sovereign infrastructure to build the future of AI, credit and communications.
The world is heading toward a future in which over 10 billion humans coexist with trillions of autonomous agents in a superintelligent universe. Tether is building the systems that let humans and machines work at that scale, without depending on a handful of gatekeepers. Our work across peer-to-peer and AI systems gives governments, businesses, and individuals the tools to operate on their own terms, setting the foundation for a world where digital sovereignty is the norm.
Debita is building the infrastructure to expand access to credit, drawing on Tether's technology, including its Wallet Development Kit (WDK), created by the company behind the world's most widely used stablecoin and the largest by market capitalisation.
Through its Credit Wallet, Debita enables fintechs to offer credit under their own brand, with on-chain risk monitoring informed by real user behaviour. Debita manages each financing end to end, combining collateral coverage of at least 120% with structured mechanisms for collections and collateral enforcement.
We will bring together a select group of guests for a cocktail reception featuring a wine tasting and cocktail bar.
We would be delighted to have you join us.
