You’re warmly invited to A Seat at the Table, an intimate networking dinner for women across corporate professional backgrounds, brought together for one evening of real conversation, genuine connection, and the kind of honesty that doesn’t happen in conference rooms.
No corporate script. No stiff small talk. Just a candlelit room full of women who’ve earned their seats and have something worth saying.

Timings
Arrival from 6:45pm
Dinner begins promptly at 7:00pm
Please arrive on time so we can begin together and keep the evening flowing smoothly.
7:00pm — Arrival & Welcome Drinks
Arrive to a warm, candlelit setting with a welcome drink waiting. Your name card includes a conversation starter prompt to ease you in — “The room I was most nervous to walk into was…”
7:30pm — Welcome Address
A short, honest welcome from your host Tejinder Dhillon Why this room. Why these women. Why now.
7:45pm — Seated Dinner
Tables are intentionally mixed — no one sits with people they already know for a quick ice breaker. Conversation cards guide the discussion:
• “What does work-life balance actually look like for you right now — honestly?”
• “Tell us about a room you walked into and decided you fully belonged.”
8:10pm — “A Seat at the Table” Spotlight with Maya Price (Global Head of Field Marketing at SNP Group)
Opening the floor to share Maya's real moments (not a speech). Something true about her journey, belonging and goal.
8:50pm — Open Floor Toast
Raise a glass and allow the room to reflect.
9:00pm — Dessert & Open Networking
Opening the discussion, and the best conversations begin. This is the part we want you to remember.
10:00pm — Close
A short, powerful send-off and a small keepsake to take home with you.
What to Wear
Wear what makes you feel like yourself and wear it well. Whether that’s polished, playful, or somewhere in between, there’s no dress code beyond feeling good in what you’ve chosen.

A private dining room in central London, chosen for its atmosphere and intimacy.
To protect the privacy of all guests, the full address is sent to confirmed attendees 48 hours before the evening.
You’ll also receive the set menu ahead of time to pre-select your courses and flag any dietary needs. Vegetarian options are available, just let us know when you book.
