Community building for Introverts

​Most community-building advice asks you to be louder, more visible, more "out there.” We believe/practice otherwise.

​Show Up As You Are is an intimate dinner session for community leaders, brand owners, and marketers who’d rather build community by listening and being their authentic selves.

​Facilitated by Rachel Lai over dinner at Flavors of Mexico, the evening moves through casual, structured conversation without pressure to be the center of the room.

​You'll leave with a clearer sense of what community looks like when it's built from what's actually honest to you, so you learn to save your energy from pretending to do things in ways that are not comfortable to you.

​Karma Marketing is back from a (tiny) hiatus, presenting the Introvert Series. We're a union of karma yoga and marketing; a safe space to practice giving, and a community for marketers who function differently.

​Rachel Lai is co-founder of Wavemakers Collective and founder of Karma Marketing (KM). A certified yoga teacher with 12 years in marketing communications, she's spent her career helping brands build with inquiry and intention —and built KM to bring that same mindful approach to the practice of marketing.
