About Event

What does it really take to be a great mentor? And what if there's a way to go beyond guidance into honest challenge, reflection, and co-creation? In this session, we'll explore the mentor mindset and a powerful approach called "sparring" that can transform how you support others and grow yourself.

Meet our speakers:

Angelika Goll is an Ecosystem & GoToMarket Sparring Partner with 25+ years of experience building and mentoring global high-performance teams in tech and startups. She works with founders, female-led ventures, and scale-ups on strategy, internationalization, and execution, helping leaders uncover blind spots and move from ideas to action with clarity and focus.

What we'll explore:

  • What truly defines a mentor personality: empathy, courage, and generosity

  • The difference between mentoring (guidance and support) and sparring (honest challenge and reflection)

  • How combining both can become a unique service model for consultants and mentors

  • Real-life cases from startups, scale-ups, and corporate innovation programs

  • Why this matters especially for women: amplifying visibility, strengthening leadership presence, and supporting women as founders and experts in B2B

Why attend?
This session is for current mentors in our mentor-mentee program, anyone curious about becoming a mentor, and consultants looking for a fresh approach to working with B2B customers. Expect an interactive, informal conversation with no fluff, just real talk and takeaways you can apply immediately.

Thank you!
See you soon.
