Gheelicious — Texas’ first chocolate ghee-based spread — is officially launching, and we’re celebrating the way Houston does everything: with bold flavor, big community energy, and zero compromise.

Rooted in Ayurvedic food wisdom and crafted by a food scientist with 17 years of obsession over clean ingredients, Gheelicious was born from a simple but radical idea: that the food you love should also love you back. What if eating well did not mean giving anything up? What if your next favorite indulgence also happened to be good for you?

In this talk, Snehee makes the case for why the way we eat needs to change and more importantly, how approachable and delicious that change can be. Drawing from 17 years in food science and a deep respect for Ayurvedic food philosophy, this session is about the courage it takes to choose better: better ingredients, better products, and a better relationship with what you put in your body. Snehee will also share how brands like Gheelicious are doing the hard work so that choosing clean is no longer a sacrifice.

You will also meet Zenni — the Zen Cow and the soul behind the Gheelicious brand — and understand why the most intentional food almost always comes from the most grounded places.
