​Thiv is Co-Founder and CEO of Hera, which builds AI agents that automate specialty lab testing, starting with sperm health and fertility. Hera's agents handle the work between test and treatment: routing orders to 1,000+ verified labs, interpreting results with clinically validated models, and triggering reflex testing so patients and providers get answers faster. Backed by Mayo Clinic, Techstars, and Precursor Ventures. Thiv previously co-founded Adracare (acquired by WELL Health).

Founder, Dovetail Data

​Luke is the founder of Dovetail Data, a provider data platform helping healthcare organizations turn fragmented provider information into a clean, integration-ready foundation for credentialing, enrollment, contracting, and network operations. Built from more than a decade of experience in provider data and healthcare technology, Dovetail helps teams spend less time fixing data and more time on the work that sets them apart.

Co-Founder & Chief Scientific Officer, Lactiga

​Viraj is Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Lactiga, a venture-backed, NIH-funded biotechnology company developing novel biologics for Immune Replacement Therapy for immunodeficient and immunocompromised patients.

​Naja Morgan
Founder & CEO, Dark Matter

​Naja is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Founder & CEO of Dark Matter, an elevated scrubs and workwear brand built around the demands of the work. Her career spans the continuum of psychiatric care, from emergency to inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient treatment. Drawing on firsthand experience in healthcare, her purpose is to bring a more intentional approach to workwear—combining performance, function, and modern design without sacrificing professional presence.
