The Buds Programme is a Level 2 Development Programme, to support young (in terms of experience) in the facilitation & training space.
Phase 2: The Internal Lens (Self-Awareness)
A unique feature of this programme is its deep dive into the facilitator’s psyche. Participants examine how their personal values, biases, and "lenses" impact the room.
Exploration of personal branding, working styles, and the shift from facilitator-centric to learner-centric approaches.
