About Event

Your live session is full, yet nothing is moving.

Participants are disengaged, and you go back and forth countless times after the session.

Delivering expertise and getting things done across distance was never designed. It was inherited from in-person habits and moved to a Zoom call.

This is a live 60-minute session where you'll see what a designed live session looks like, in real time, with your own challenges on the board.

What you'll walk away with

A firsthand experience of designed remote work, not a slide deck about facilitation. You'll take part in a live session built around real challenges from your own practice and the others in the room.

The patterns driving your sessions' breakdown, named. You'll add your friction points to a live board alongside other practitioners who work remotely, and watch them surface what every expert in the room has in common.

A clear picture of the gap between a session that's busy and one that moves the work forward, and what it takes to close it.

What people said after the first session

"Thank you, this was brilliant!"

"I learned how a professional of facilitation uses Miro functionalities."

"I learned that my teams' problems are perhaps universal. Quite comforting."

"I'm learning how you lead workshops, I love the dynamic and timing you follow."

Who it's for

Trainers whose training needs to land the skill, not just cover the content.

Coaches moving from 1:1 into remote group sessions that still move people forward.

Leaders whose team sessions need to drive the outcome, not just fill the hour.

Consultants and anyone who delivers their work remotely and wants the session to actually work.
