About Event

Date night turned all the way up. Two hours of the most fun you'll have with your partner with your clothes on... San Francisco. Aug 1.

Spark is a two-hour guided couples workshop in San Francisco on Saturday August 1, 3–5pm at Mission Yoga in San Francisco.

Led by Somatica™ intimacy coach Heather Atles.

Limited to 20 couples.

For the couple who still chooses each other — and wants more. More electricity. More play. More of that feeling where the rest of the room disappears.

Spark isn't therapy. It isn't a lecture. It's two hours designed to do one thing: make the pull between you impossible to ignore.

It starts easy. Fun, low-key, present. From there the charge builds. The exercises get more focused. The attention between you more deliberate. By the end, the room feels very small. In the best possible way.

The workshop ends at 5. What you do next is up to you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You'll move through a series of guided partner experiences — designed by Heather and led by her in the room — that progressively build playfulness, presence, and the electric charge between you.

Every experience is with your own partner, not the group. This is your date the whole time. Everything is opt-in — you're always in choice. Nothing is forced, and nothing will feel like more than you're ready for.

This is private, expert-led, and intentionally small. Twenty couples maximum — kept deliberately intimate so every couple gets the full experience.

"Exceptional, engaging, informative, professional, no dull moment. Heather's work stands out as a marquee in the field."— K.S., past workshop participant

"Intimacy can feel deeply personal and even intimidating, but Heather makes it approachable and empowering.” - C.L., past workshop participant

About Your Guide: Meet Heather

Heather Atles is a Somatica™ relationship, sex and intimacy coach based in San Francisco. Her approach is body-based and experiential — not talk therapy. Over 20 years of training in shame resiliency, pleasure, and embodied connection. Most of her work happens behind closed doors — in the intimate space between two people who are ready to feel something again.

Spark is the opportunity to experience her work in a group setting — and at a fraction of the cost of a private session.

Spark is two hours of her favorite work. Come curious.

FAQ

How intimate does it get?

Spark is a fully clothed, guided experience — think of it as a charged, intentional date, not a performance. Everything is playful, present, and entirely at your own pace. You're always in choice. Nothing is forced, and nothing will feel like more than you're ready for.

What if one of us is more hesitant?

Completely fine. Every experience is opt-in and there's no pressure to go further than feels good for both of you. The pace is always yours.

Do we need to be having problems to come?

Not at all. Spark is designed for any couple who wants more — more electricity, more play, more of that feeling where the rest of the room disappears. Whether things are great and you want to turn them up, or you've just been busy and want to reconnect, this is for you.

Is this LGBTQIA+ friendly?

Yes — wholeheartedly. This is a queer-affirming, body-positive, and inclusive space. You and your partner are welcome exactly as you are.

How is this different from couples therapy?

There's no analyzing the relationship, no talking about what's wrong, no homework. This is experiential — you feel the shift rather than discuss it.

What should we wear? Do we need to bring anything?

Comfortable clothes you can move in. Layers suggested, it might get hot ;) Bring a water bottle. Nothing to prep, just show up with each other.

What’s the schedule?

-Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in -Doors close shortly after the start time (no late entry) -The full experience is 120 minutes

What’s the refund policy?

Full refund available up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, tickets are non-refundable but transferable — you can send another couple in your place.
