This event brings together three authors with very different perspectives, united by a shared question: how do we create lives that feel sustainable, meaningful, and our own?
From the science of sleep and daily energy, to the lived experience of migration and belonging, to the journey from perfectionism to freedom, this event explores the real work behind how we live and work.
