​Grief and loss can feel lonely, numb, uncontrollable. Feelings that are incredibly hard to handle.

​Talking about death and dead people feels like it’s against social etiquette.

​Well this is a space where you can talk about death, talk about how it’s been for you, or just listen to others.

​Or just talk about something else with people that get it, over a glass of wine or a lemonade 🫶🏽 and a pack of crisps!

​Hi 👋🏻 I’m Ali! My dad died in 2022 and my mum died in 2023. I was 34, a new mum, and at first I didn’t feel much. Since then I’ve felt all sorts of things I’ve never felt before. My “dead dads club” friends have been the ones that have said the best things to help me through (or not said anything at all apart from “💙”).
