This CUHK EMBA Enrichment Workshop brings together executive leadership and practical AI application. Led by Mr. Keith Wu — C-Suite Executive at HK Mainboard Listed Company, Manus AI Fellow, Board Advisor, Digital Transformation Strategist, AI Business Practitioner, and HKU Adjunct Assistant Professor — the session will explore how leaders can use AI to improve productivity, enhance decision quality, create new growth opportunities, and strengthen competitive advantage.
Drawing on real-world business cases and hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies, Keith will share actionable insights that participants can apply immediately in their own organisations. Participating as a Manus AI Fellow, he will also introduce practical perspectives on applying generative AI and AI agents to executive work and organisational transformation.
