​Hello! Vanessa Shaw and Daniel Stillman here, fellow members of the Coaching from Essence community and original apprentices under Robert in 2020.

​We are reaching out not just as colleagues but as individuals who value genuine connections and understand the challenges of building a coaching practice, especially as self-employed individuals.

​Through our experience as apprentices, we not only did we hone our coaching skills but we created a group of peer coaches that have become deeply supportive friendships.

​Us six graduates continue to meet every month for deep dive days on zoom and twice a year for in-person retreats.

​Our coaching circle has helped us create thriving friendships and practices. We are not only friends and colleagues - but allies for our transformation as coaches.

​Our experience in forging a high-intimacy and high commitment group has ignited a longing to share this transformative journey.

​We want to help others in the community have the deep support that we have created. We also want to share how we have created our 6-figure coaching practices in a relatively short period.
