You're good at your job. Your title says so. Your name and your title are no longer the same asset, and this is 90 minutes on building the one with your name on it.
A live working session on building a name of your own alongside the job you already have. You draft in the room, get feedback before you publish, and leave with a plan sized to a full calendar.
You leave with:
The one thing you want to be known for, in a single sentence you would be comfortable saying to your manager
Your first LinkedIn post, drafted in the room, with feedback before you hit publish
A clear line between what you share in public and what stays at work, so posting stops feeling like a risk to your job
A 90-day posting cadence sized to 30 to 60 minutes a week: how often, on what, and where.
The Point of View worksheet, the Brand Voice prompt kit, and our LinkedIn guide, yours to keep
This is you if you've been thinking:
"I want to be known for something beyond who I work for."
"I've let the work speak for itself for ten years."
"If I start posting, my manager will think I'm leaving."
"I don't have time for that."
Your guest of honor
Thamina Stoll leads strategic enterprise accounts at LinkedIn, where she has spent close to eight years. Outside the day job she built The Sheconomist, a newsletter and community for women in corporate, and Give Her Dollars, both focused on women's economic power. She has been named one of Germany's 100 Women of the Year and was a Forbes 30 Under 30 finalist in 2023. She still holds the day job. She will talk through how she chose what to share, how she fit the work around the role, and what she would do differently starting now.
Your host
Kelsey Worsham is Chief of Staff at a Series A startup and co-founded The Birdie Brief on the side. She runs the working sessions, so you draft in the room rather than take notes for later.
How the 90 minutes run
10 min: what "known for something" means when you are employed, and why it protects your career rather than threatening it
20 min: you write your one sentence
30 min: Thamina on building The Sheconomist alongside LinkedIn, with questions
20 min: you draft your first post and get feedback
10 min: your 90-day plan and open questions
Bring one thing you have an opinion about in your work. That is all the prep.
Live only. No recording, so the room stays candid.
