​Purpose to Progress— Build Your Next Move is a practical, facilitated workshop designed to help you turn what matters to you, your proven strengths, and the value you can create into one direction you can test in the real world.

​During the session, you will work through the Purpose-to-Progress Canvas to:

​• Clarify what you want more and less of in your life
• Identify strengths supported by real evidence
• Explore the people or problems you may be able to serve
• Generate possible career, business, or community pathways
• Select one direction using a practical reality filter
• Design a small, measurable 30-day experiment

​You will leave with:

​• A clearer working direction
• Three evidence-backed strengths
• One potential group or problem to focus on
• One selected pathway to test
• One concrete 30-day commitment

​This workshop is not about finding one permanent answer to your life. It is about developing a credible direction, testing it through action, and learning from real evidence.

​This session is suitable for anyone who is:

​• Considering a career transition
• Exploring a business or service idea
• Growing an existing business
• Looking for a meaningful community contribution
• Generally unclear about their next move

​You do not need to have attended Session 1.
Returning participants may bring an insight or unresolved question from the previous session.

​Event format

​This is an interactive workshop, not a conventional talk. Expect table exercises, guided reflection, practical decision-making, a short case study, and a partner accountability commitment.
