LITTLE SISTER wants to welcome the new season with a clear mind. She inviting all of you to come together on Monday to meditate with her, quiet the mind and call in clarity.
Every Monday in September at her location in Neustadt.
Doors open at 18:45
Meditation starts at 19:00
Meditation finishes 19:45
Journaling, tea, exchange until 20:15
Please enter in silence and remain in silence until the meditation is finished. We will have half a hour to drink a tea, journal and exchange.
Each week we are hosting a different type of meditation. Be open. It might be guided by live music, mantra meditation, breathing or just be a quiet space. If you are new to meditation you are also welcome to join.
Please don't forget to bring your own yoga mat or blanket, whatever that might feel right for you and your time in stillness.
There will be a glass for donations. Recommended donation: 10 Euro
