Join Dr. Megan and Dr. Jason from House of Physical Therapy for a hands-on workshop to assess your running readiness. You'll pair up, move through four key tests, and walk away knowing exactly where you stand heading into your next training block.
What to expect:
→ A quick breakdown of common training errors and recovery basics → 4 partner-based assessments: ankle mobility, single-leg calf raises, single-leg squats, and single-leg hops → Real-time feedback from the House of PT team → Open Q&A → A take-home guide of all four tests so you can retest on your own
