​This candid professional-development conversation will explore what the Black experience can look like in corporate environments — from workplace culture and code-switching to mentorship, representation, professional identity, and building credibility without losing your authenticity.

​Speakers will share their experiences and practical strategies for entering corporate spaces, advancing your career, building meaningful professional relationships, and creating change along the way. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with professionals and other students who bring similar experiences and perspectives to the conversation.

​Open to all students, especially those interested in hearing honest perspectives on navigating corporate America as a Black professional.
