Some tasks only get started when someone else is in the room. The one you've been moving from Monday to Monday for a month is probably one of them. 

Open Desk is two hours of focused co-working on Google Meet. Maria opens the room and works on her own projects, and you join whenever you like and work on yours. When you come in, you can tell us in one line what you're working on. After that, cameras can be on or off and mics stay muted, because the point is presence. 

: when other people are quietly working next to you, it's much harder to drift into your inbox, and the dreaded tasks get easier to begin. 

Drop in for the full two hours or for twenty minutes. There is no agenda and no homework, and sharing what you're doing is never required. You just work, in good company. 

We meet every Tuesday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM ET = 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM PT.
