What's Next? A Night of Mind, Body & Community at WTHN UES
You're invited to an evening of reflection, acupuncture, and holistic wellness at the beautiful new WTHN Upper East Side studio.
Maybe you're considering a career change, adjusting to new motherhood, navigating shifting priorities, or facing a big decision. Sometimes it can feel like you're constantly moving forward without a plan. Through this experience, you'll have a chance to check in with yourself, think more intentionally about where you want to go, and meet others experiencing similar life transitions
During the evening, you'll enjoy:
Coaching prompts and reflection exercises led by Nikki Edelman
Express acupuncture sessions
Crystal ear seeding & Traditional Chinese Medicine tongue readings
Bites from Le Botaniste and non-alcoholic drinks from Be Love
Giveaways from WTHN
Coaching offers a chance to explore new perspectives on success, achievement, and what matters most. Traditional Chinese Medicine complements that work by supporting the mind-body connection and creating space for deeper self-awareness. Combined with meaningful conversations with women navigating similar life transitions, the evening is designed to help you leave feeling more grounded, supported, and clear on what's next.
