At Figuring Shit Out, we put on events for founders and operators who don't go to events. Singapore doesn't need another panel, fireside chat or Q&A, so we did the radical step of getting speakers to think ahead about what they want to say. Beyond hopefully-more-than-palatable food and networking, why schlep across town to sit in a cramped room for an hour? Perspective!
All speakers come from fascinating career backgrounds that make them see the world and think about problems in uniquely insightful ways. Each FSO talk provides a unique lens on the problems facing startups that founders and operators can absorb to provide a new toolkit of insights for their own founder journey.

About the Speakers
Xianhang Zhang works full-time as a Founder Coach and is the co-founder of the Figuring Shit Out Speaker Series. Previously, he was a 3x Founder and ex-Head of Growth at the South China Morning Post. He’s held a number of roles across startups in San Francisco, China and Hong Kong and labels himself as someone who’s done so much startup stuff he’s equally bad at everything.
Nishant Kaushal is the founder of ADNA, a global research startup that helps companies make faster, better decisions by capturing real human perspectives at scale and deploying true Human-in-the-loop AI platforms. With 20+ years in market research and strategy, including as Head of the Singapore office of TNS / Kantar, he has worked across industries including FMCG, tech, finance and automotive globally to rethink how research should be used - focusing not just on generating insights, but on enabling better, faster decisions in uncertain environments.
Denise Teo is the founder of Superposition, a Singapore based fractional practice in decision sciences. She helps clients build stronger decision making capabilities — whether it's getting their analytics foundations from zero to one, or advising HR teams in AI and workforce transformation. She was formerly the Head of Analytics and People Science at Grab, where she spent almost a decade driving evidence-based commercial, product and people decisions. As a leader, Denise is passionate about people development and building high performing teams. She has managed cross-geography teams in Southeast Asia of up to 50 people, and enjoys helping people to become better versions of themselves.
