Katia Repina is an advanced trauma-trained BBTRS breathwork facilitator and certified pranayama teacher based in New York, with over 500 hours of training. She guides somatic breathwork experiences rooted in nervous system regulation and emotional integration, helping release the tension and unprocessed emotion stored in the body so you leave feeling more alive.

​She has brought her work to Casa Cipriani, Remedy Place, Google NYC, The Ned NoMad, Soho House, Kiehl’s Flagship, Anima Mundi and Arlo Soho, and has been guiding breathwork at Reforesters for almost two years.
