Stirring up Hospitality

Stirring the Hour is a limited-capacity, curated experience for which participation, product, venue, staffing, and hospitality commitments are made in advance based on confirmed registrations. Accordingly, 

tickets and registrations are non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable

, except where expressly stated below or required by applicable law.

1. NO PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

No refund, partial refund, credit, future-experience credit, price adjustment, or other reimbursement will be issued because a participant:

The purchase is for admission to the experience—not a guaranteed quantity of alcohol.

Refusal or discontinuation of alcohol service does not constitute cancellation of the experience, failure of consideration, or grounds for a refund.

Registrations may not be transferred, assigned, resold, auctioned, or otherwise conveyed to another person without the Organizer's prior written approval.

Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in cancellation of the registration 

The Organizer is not responsible for tickets or registrations purchased through an unauthorized third party.

Stirring up Hospitality reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Tasting where necessary or appropriate, including changes to participating products, bourbon expressions, tasting order, pairings, menu items, presenters, programming, timing, format, or other experience components.

, provided the experience materially proceeds as the experience advertised.

If Stirring up Hospitality reschedules the experience, the participant's registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

Rescheduling does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.

If the Organizer elects to offer a refund, credit, transfer opportunity, or other accommodation following a rescheduling, the terms and deadline for that accommodation will be communicated directly to affected participants. Failure to act within the stated deadline constitutes acceptance of the rescheduled registration.

cancels the experience in its entirety and does not reschedule it

, registered participants will be entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid to Stirring up Hospitality for admission, less any amounts that applicable law permits to remain non-refundable.

Unless required by law, the Organizer will not be responsible for 

travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, childcare, lost wages, third-party fees, or any other incidental or consequential expense

 incurred in connection with attendance or anticipated attendance.

6. FORCE MAJEURE & CONDITIONS BEYOND ORGANIZER CONTROL

The Organizer may cancel, postpone, relocate, modify, suspend, or terminate the experience because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, flood, utility or transportation disruption, governmental action, public emergency, venue closure, security threat, civil disturbance, labor disruption, supply interruption, or other circumstances that make performance illegal, unsafe, impracticable, or materially inadvisable.

In such circumstances, the Organizer may provide a rescheduled experience, substitute experience, credit, or refund 

as required by applicable law or otherwise determined by the Organizer in light of the circumstances.

A participant who believes a billing error has occurred must contact the Organizer promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

A participant's disagreement with this disclosed refund policy, failure to attend, refusal of alcohol service, removal for misconduct, or other circumstance expressly identified as non-refundable above does not, by itself, convert an authorized purchase into an unauthorized transaction.

The Organizer reserves the right to contest improper chargebacks or payment disputes and to provide the payment processor or financial institution with the registration record, acceptance of these Terms, attendance records, communications, and other documentation reasonably necessary to establish the validity of the transaction.

Nothing in this Section restricts a participant from exercising rights available under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.

BY PURCHASING OR ACCEPTING A REGISTRATION FOR STIRRING THE HOUR, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THAT I AM NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND, CREDIT, TRANSFER, OR REIMBURSEMENT EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
