We're all connected by our PharmD journey, and yet each of us is on our own unique version. Common Ground brings together people who might otherwise never cross paths along the journey: pre-pharmacy students, P1–P4s, residents, fellows, recent grads, and practicing pharmacists from across the country, all in one place to connect, encourage, inspire, laugh, and share the stories that have shaped us.
Because the PharmD is where we all start. It's the foundation, not the finish line, and there's so much to learn from the people building every kind of path from that same ground.
8:00 – 8:15 PM ET: Welcome and overview
8:15 – 9:15 PM ET: Speed networking
9:15 – 9:30 PM ET: Wrap-up
Here's what to expect:
Guided Conversation Prompts: You'll receive conversation starters, so no one gets stuck in awkward silence. Every room hits the ground running.
Speed Networking Rounds: You'll be randomly put into breakout rooms for 15-minute rotations. New room, new people, new conversations every round.
Every Stage Represented: Pre-pharmacy through practicing pharmacists, all in one place. Think about what you want to know from someone ahead of you and think back to what you needed earlier in your journey. Use this as your guide.

What should I bring?
Just yourself, your curiosity to learn from others, and an openness to meeting new people and sharing your story. That's it.
How can I join?
Please register with a PERSONAL email, not a work or school email. Once you register, you'll receive an email with the join link from the Ambition Into Action Community Luma calendar. Check your spam folder if you don't see it, and hop on a few minutes early so you don't miss the intro and first round.
