​Join us on May 14th at 6:30pm for a special event to celebrate Folsom being named one of America's most patriotic cities. Uncle Charlie' Firehouse & Brew is hosting with help from the Tribe.

​Jack Sacco, Pulitzer Prize-nominated author of the book "Where the Birds Never Sing" will share the story behind the book. It is a powerful tribute to his father, an American GI who landed at Omaha Beach, fought under General Patton during the Battle of the Bulge, and helped liberate the Dachau concentration camp.

​Here is what to expect:

• ​A meaningful event supporting Folsom's Most Patriotic City Campaign

• ​Community gathering at Uncle Charlie's Firehouse & Brew

​Registration is $20, which includes a beverage. All proceeds go to Uncle Charlie's Firehouse & Brew, a veteran-owned organization.
