Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and community. We'll kick things off with an energizing HIIT session led by Trainer MO, bringing the perfect dose of MO-tivation to get your body moving, your heart pumping, and your endorphins flowing.
After the workout, we'll slow things down with a short guided meditation by SYLO, a chance to catch your breath, reset, and ease into the rest of your day feeling clear and recharged.
And because some of the best moments happen after the workout, we'll stick around for healthy snacks and good conversations.
