BPS Strategy Meeting — November

​A monthly working session for anyone who wants a hand in shaping what BPS does next. This first one doubles as a post-conference debrief.

​Boston Psychedelic Society has grown through events, circles, and plenty of conversations. Most of that has been organized by a small number of people. These monthly meetings exist to widen that circle.

​The format is simple: a standing hour each month where anyone interested in BPS can come and work on it together. Event ideas, partnerships, outreach, who we should be reaching that we aren’t, and in time, what a more formal membership and board structure might look like.

​I’m glad to steward this for now, but the aim isn’t for one person to set the direction. Almost everything that has worked so far came out of people talking to each other and following where it led. This is making deliberate room for more of that.

​About this first session: there’s no agenda beyond getting everyone in the same room. This will two days post the MGH Psychedelics Conference, so this meeting can also be an informal debrief for anyone who attended.

​No preparation needed and no commitment implied. Come once, come monthly, bring an idea or just listen.
