CEIC – Cyfleoedd Economi Gylchol i Gymru Wledig

Dywedodd adroddiad diweddar gan CBI ac ECIU fod 'economi werdd' y DU wedi tyfu 9% y llynedd o gymharu â thwf o 0.1% yn economi gyffredinol y DU. Ar ben hynny, os methwn â lleihau ein hallyriadau nwyon tŷ gwydr, mae ein rhywogaeth yn wynebu argyfwng bodolaethol. Bydd y gweithdy yn amlinellu astudiaethau achos ymarferol gan sefydliadau sydd wedi gweithredu arferion economi gylchol neu wedi datblygu cynhyrchion newydd ar gyfer yr 'economi werdd'.

Daw’r dystiolaeth a gyflwynir o'r rhaglen arloesol arobryn Cymunedau Arloesi Economi Gylchol (CEIC), a greodd rwydweithiau arloesedd rhanbarthol cydweithredol (cymunedau ymarfer) ar draws sefydliadau'r sector cyhoeddus a'r trydydd sector i gyd-gynhyrchu atebion gwasanaeth newydd a weithredodd egwyddorion Economi Gylchol (CE).

Bydd y gweithdy yn cynnwys sesiwn Holi ac Ateb ryngweithiol i alluogi cyfranogwyr i wella eu gwybodaeth am yr economi gylchol ac i ddatblygu dealltwriaeth o gyfleoedd.

CEIC – Circular Economic Opportunities for Rural Wales

A recent report from CBI and ECIU stated that the UK ‘green economy’ grew at 9% last year compared to a 0.1% growth of the UK economy overall.  Moreover, if we fail to reduce our GHG emissions our species faces an existential crisis. The workshop will outline practical case studies from organisations that have implemented circular economy practices or developed new products for the ‘green economy’.

The evidence presented will come from the award-winning Circular Economy Innovation Communities (CEIC) programme, which created regional collaborative innovation networks (communities of practice) across public and third sector organisations to co-produce new service solutions that implemented Circular Economy (CE) principles.

The workshop will feature an interactive Q&A to enable participants to enhance their circular economy knowledge and develop an understanding of opportunities.
