RESPITE: A Pre-Thanksgiving Breathwork Experience (Full Weekend)
Brought to you by Boketto Center and Emefa Boamah—a collaboration rooted in a shared vision of accessible, embodied healing and collective restoration.
The Complete Arc: From Release to Replenishment.
True restoration rarely happens in a single breath. It requires a two-part rhythm: first, unburdening what you’ve been carrying, and second, anchoring the energy to sustain what’s ahead.
The RESPITE Full Weekend Experience offers you both chapters:
Friday Evening (Release): Letting your body exhale, stepping away from the demands of caretaking, and dissolving accumulated stress.
Saturday Daytime (Restore & Replenish): Reconnecting to your center, replenishing your vitality with sacred cacao and breath, and anchoring steadiness before the holiday rush.
By committing to both sessions, you give your nervous system the spaciousness to not just take a temporary pause, but to fundamentally reset and remember what wholeness feels like.

In Partnership with Boketto Center
Boketto Center, located in Royal Oak, Michigan, is a trauma-informed, holistic psychotherapy and wellness space dedicated to integrating mind, body, and spirit in deep healing. It’s a relationship between equals.” As a place that holds safe containers for transformation, Boketto values community access, evidenced in their “Therapy For All Fund.”
