  • What is included in the retreat package?
    Lunch and dinner during the retreat, guided coaching sessions, wellness rituals, access to luxury accommodations, plus transportation during scheduled group activities.

    • Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements to the retreat site.

  • Nearest Airport?
    Exact location in SoCal to be announced.

  • What are check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in on Nov 11 at ~3 PM
    Check-out on Nov 14 at ~12 PM

  • What should I bring?
    Comfortable clothing and shoes for workshops and outdoor activities, swimwear for the pool and spa, personal toiletries, and any additional items that help you feel at ease.

  • Is prior experience with meditation or coaching required?
    No prior experience is necessary.
    All practices and coaching are guided and adapted to accommodate all comfort levels.
